United Composites GUSA Graphite Conventional Rods are in a league of their own. Each blank is made up of 100% Multi-Modulus Carbon Construction and utilizing the Dual Carbon Helix Core. They represent the highest quality and construction in our product line. Unlike nearly all of its competitors, these blanks are made of 100% Carbon Graphite. There is no fiberglass in the construction at all.

The rods are fitted with hypalon grips, ALPS aluminum reel seats, and aluminum gimbals as well as 316 Stainless Steel frame ALPS guides. Each rod is wrapped with a metallic blue base wrap and a black top wrap with silver and red detail.

The J-arry Rig can be stored easily, tied up quickly, and swap out jigs with ease.  The J-arry rig consists of a heavy duty swivel on top of 200lb-300lb fluorocarbon chafing leader.  It's rigged to a welded heavy duty swiveling Owner Offshore Hook with a 331lb Mustad Saltism SS Split Ring, this is to attach your jigs to.  This one rig will replace the need of having to rig every shape and size jig before your trip as well as making organizing and storing your jigs super easy.

The G-Ratt Baits Pistol Pete Swimbaits weighs 1.2 ounces and is a slow sinking bait. This is a very unique glide bait. You can slow retrieve it for a nice gliding action. You can swoop the rod tip for the bait to glide to one side and pause and swoop again to bring it back to the other side. A favorite retrieve is reel cranking it to make a very fast darting action back and forth like a fleeing baitfish. You can do little twitches of the rod with just the tip of the rod while reeling and the baits head will rock left to right which will imitate a swimming baitfish.

The bait can also be “waked” on a slow retrieve when brought to the surface. It has a beautiful tight subtle rolling wake which we’ve found effective early mornings and late evenings. Our new weighting system adds a realistic rattling sound. This bait has a slow sinking ratio of 1 foot in 2-3 seconds. The Pistol Pete comes equipped with two size 4 hooks. The hooks can be changed if desired. The tails are easily replaceable. 

Pistol Pete is a scaled-down version of Sneaky Pete. Coming complete with strong components, rotating hook hangers and 3X hooks to ensure you land more fish! Pistol Pete is weighted with steel bearings to produce a nice rattling sound to help enhance that big bite!
