Aquateko's Knot 2 Kinky Nickel Leader Wire is made with a special superelastic alloy, allowing it to be bent at least ten times more without permanent deformation. Its unique formula of Nickel and Titanium creates a high degree of elasticity and strength that can endure even the toughest battles with fish.

It is further programmed to stay straight with a complex annealing process for reliability. With higher tensile strength than ordinary steel leaders, Knot 2 Kinky is the ideal choice for both inshore and offshore fishing, eliminating the frustration of constantly changing kinked rigs.

Knot2Kinky wire leader is knottable, you don't need crimps or tools for this leader.  It is extremely elastic yet has a very high abrasion resistance.  It's made of nickel titanium so it has stretch, won't rust, ties with easy knots, and replaces normal steel wire.

California Regulation Notice (Title 14, Sec. 28.06/28.65): Per emergency action approved by the CA Fish & Game Commission on June 17, 2026, wire/metallic leaders and hooks with an inside measurement greater than 1.5 inches are prohibited when fishing from shore or within 1,000 yards of the shoreline from Pigeon Point south to the U.S.–Mexico border (including beaches, piers, breakwaters, and jetties).
