Ground Advantage USPS $6.99 shipping for orders under $59 and free shipping best method UPS or USPS for orders over $59. Most deliveries take 1-3 business days but can take up to 5 business days to arrive. This offer is only valid in the contiguous United States. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time. Some items are not included in $6.99 shipping and if you happen to order one, we will notify you accordingly.

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive another email with your tracking information. Your order will be delivered via UPS or USPS.

At Tackle Express, we strive to process orders the same day they are placed, provided you place your order by 4PM PT. Orders placed on weekends are typically processed the same day but no later than the next business day. We work hard to ensure your tackle gets to you quickly and efficiently.

As of right now, we are only shipping to the contiguous United States, we currently are not shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $59.
  • This offer applies to standard delivery only.
  • Items must be shipped to a valid address in the contiguous United States.
  • Free shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain items, such as oversized or heavy products, may not be eligible for free shipping.
  • Free shipping applies to the regular price of qualifying items. Discounts or promo codes do not affect the free shipping threshold.

Cancellation Policy

We process orders very quickly. If you want to cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately by phone at 661) 251-8700 or by email at info@tackleexpress.com. We will do our best to cancel the order, but if it has already been packed, we will not be able to cancel it.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 60 days of receipt for a full refund. The item must be in its original condition and packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Rods: Open and examine the rod within 48 hours of receiving it.Β  After 48 hours from the delivery confirmation time, rods can no longe be replaced or refunded if it was damaged in shipment or from the manufacturer.Β 

After the 48 hour period has lapsed, you must contact the manufacturer for warranty related matters. If you need to make a claim wthin the 48 hour time period, the rod must not be used or fished in any way.Β 

If the rod has been used or damage has been inflicted after delivery, no compensation may be given.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you are missing items, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at info@tackleexpress.com or (661) 251-8700. We will do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Address Errors

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided, we may be unable to redirect the package. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.

Refused Shipments

If you refuse a shipment from Tackle Express, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Tackle Express. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
