This Shimano made handle is easy to replace, just remove your existing nut lock screw, the nut lock plate, and the chrome nut. Remove your existing handle and replace it with the new handle.  Be careful that the drag star doesn't pop off, it has a spring under it which gives it pressure from below.  Replace the parts you took off making sure not to over tighten the chrome nut. The nut lock plate might take a little adjustment so the plate nut screw lines up with the screw hole.

The power handle version is a single knob to give you a better grip and more power on bigger fish. FAQ

What's the difference between Split Grip and Full Grip?
Split Grip removes cork between the reel seat and the butt cap, cutting weight and improving balance for all-day lure work. Full Grip keeps a continuous cork rear handle for more comfort when resting the rod against your arm or a holder. Both use the same blank, and every model is offered both ways.

Should I get a one-piece or two-piece?
One-piece has no ferrule interrupting the blank, which some anglers prefer for feel. Two-piece breaks down for travel and fits in a car or luggage.
