The SPRO Phat Flies were designed to take Float and Fly fishing to a new level. We love these jigs for bass, crappie, panfish, and trout. With 4 or 6 pound line, you can fish it on a bobber, with a split shot, or fly lined. It works great on a straight wind or with a lift and drop of the rod. Usually raising the rod tip quickly 12-24 inches and then letting the jig fall back down repeatedly works great. There is no wrong way to use it, experiment and we think you'll see how effective it is.
