The Pitbull Tackle Split Ring Pliers are a practical approach to a long sought after tool. Designed with functionality and user comfort in mind, Pitbull Tackle set out to improve the typical design of a split ring plier and give it better functionality.

What sets these pliers apart from the rest is a double lock head design. This feature holds the split ring firmly in place and does not allow it to slip out of the pliers grip. Traditionally a split ring plier when closed will hold the split ring in place, however the split ring can rotate up and down within the pliers grip. The double lock design on the Pitbull Tackle Split Ring Plier grabs and holds split rings in place, keeping them perpendicular to the pliers at all times. This ensures a steady and consistent angle every time, allowing for easier placement or removal of hooks and lures. The Mustad Heavy Duty Jigging Assist Rig is designed for heavy jigging. Featuring a heavy-duty wide gap Mustad hook rigged with high quality PE and Kevlar materials.

The Halco Max 130 is a great trolling and casting lure for salt and freshwater species.  The Max 130 can be trolled at high speeds of up to 12 knots and has very little trolling resistance due to it's slender profile.  The slim tail design gives it excellent hook exposure for great hook sets.  

Crafted in Australia, Halco engineered the Max 130 to hook fish and stand up to the mightiest catches. Its construction, including hooks, split rings, and hardware, are robust—capable of bringing in tuna up to hundreds of pounds. Furthermore, with a variety of attractive colors, you can easily find the ideal lure for your fishing conditions.

Although mainly a trolling lure, the Max 130 can be used in a cast and retrieve method as well.  Use a high speed reel and burn it back for the correct action on the lure.  It measures 5 1/2" and 2.82 ounces.  Give it a try on tuna, yellowtail, barracuda, wahoo, stripers, and many other aggressive species.  

The hooks and hardware on all Halco products is as tough as it gets.  You can fish them with confidence, even on tuna over 300lbs.  The split rings and treble hooks are 4X strong and with the wire through construction, the fish will give up far before the lure will.

The Mini Super Clamp is the first clamp of its kind designed to fit smaller reels on skinnier rods. It fits reels that do not come with stock clamps where an aftermarket attachment is a necessity to mount on a deckhand rod. It fits the Lexa 300, Tranx 300, Avet SXJ(non raptor), Trinidad 12 and Trinidad 16NA to name a few. These reels do not come with a stock clamp and have been an issue mounting on deckhand rods for years. With constant requests we took the challenge and now created a clamp for theses smaller reels. While the clamp is extremely versatile it has its limitations on the diameter rod it can be mounted on. The clamp is designed to fit rod diameters between 1 1/8″ – 7/8″ (28MM- 22MM) which is appropriate for the reel class size 10-25lb rods. Some rod examples are Seeker 196,270, Calstar 800XL, 800L Phenix M1.
