The Mustad Jigging Assist Rig is designed for heavy jigging. Featuring a heavy-duty wide gap Mustad hook rigged with high quality PE and Kevlar materials.  The assist hook is connected to the top end of the slim jigging lure to improve hookset, as the fish often strikes at the top end. Another benefit is less snags because of the absence of the traditional tail treble.

The assist hook is dressed in white and green tinsel to attract attention, creating a striking point. These hooks were tested over a period of 2 years by Mustad's pro staff before they were launched. Spro Ball Bearing Swivel with Welded Rings

The true ball bearing swivel is heavy duty and will hold up to some of the biggest fish.  Having welded rings makes it even stronger and better since you don't have sharp end that you would normally get from split ringed swivels.

Standard swivels don't actually have ball bearings inside and can hang up when pulling on big fish.  The rotation with the Spro Ball Bearing Swivel with Welded Rings is unmatched and will not hang up or freeze under heavy loads.
