The innovative YamamotoΒ 5β Fat Senko is the same length as our all-time best seller yet boasts a 20% larger diameter. It is made from the very same formula as the original and offers the same legendary fish-catching action that only this worm can deliver. What this does for you, the angler, is provide a version of the 5β Senko that falls faster, casts better, shows up better on sonar, and is more visible to fish due to its size. Available in 16 of your favorite proven colors, the 5 inch Fat Senko will quickly fall into your shortlist of favorite baits.
The regular 5" senko has been used by us since it was introduced over a decade ago.Β The action of the senko is unmatched and has a wiggle that can't be duplicated.Β The heavy salt in this worm not only makes it sink but it makes fish hold on since it tastes so good. We like it weightless texas rigged as well as wacky rigged depending on what the fish want.Β Β
If you're using the wacky method, try using an O Ring or clear band, we have both here, to minimize damage to the worm and catch more fish on each worm.Β Our go-to color is green pumpkin, and is arguable the most popular color ever made.Β However, if the water is stained or muddy, using a color that has chartreuse or a lot of flake can have better results.Β Β
The hook we use is an Owner Twistlock 5/0 and we typically use it unweighted.Β If we are fishing deeper than 20ft, we will us the weighted version of this hook to help us get deeper quicker.
We are here to help so if you have questions on how to use this bait or any bait on our website, please feel free to contact one of our specialists.Β Β

The Z-Man Big TRD is an upsized, 4-inch version of the original Finesse TRD, designed to provide a larger profile for targeting bigger bass while maintaining the "magic" of the Ned rig. Made from Z-Man's proprietary 10X Tough ElaZtech material, it is incredibly durable and naturally buoyant, allowing it to stand straight up on the bottom to mimic a defensive baitfish or craw.
Key Features
-
Upsized Profile: Features the same dimpled body and stickbait shape as the original but elongated to 4 inches to trigger bites from larger fish.
-
Extreme Buoyancy: The ElaZtech construction ensures the bait stands vertically at rest, creating an irresistible presentation on a Ned rig.
-
Unmatched Durability: Designed to withstand dozens of strikes and catches without tearing, outlasting standard plastisol baits.
-
Versatile Rigging: While built for the Ned rig, its larger size also makes it effective for wacky rigging, Texas rigging, and Carolina rigging.
The Z-Man Giant TRD is a supersized 6-inch soft plastic stickbait designed to take the effective Ned Rig profile and optimize it for targeting large-caliber bass and other gamefish. While traditional Ned baits are small and subtle, the Giant TRD offers a thick, magnum profile that commands attention in deeper water or heavy cover.
Key Performance Features
-
10X Tough ElaZtech: Constructed from Z-Manβs proprietary superplastic, this bait is extremely durable and can withstand dozens of bites without needing to be replaced.
-
Maximum Buoyancy: Unlike standard PVC plastics that sink, ElaZtech is naturally buoyant, allowing the Giant TRD to stand vertically off the bottom at rest.
-
Salt-Impregnated Texture: Features a dimpled surface and heavy salt impregnation, providing a lifelike feel that encourages fish to hold on longer for more successful hooksets.
-
Versatile Rigging: While optimized for a "Mega Ned Rig," it also excels when used for flipping, pitching, Texas rigging, Carolina rigging, and wacky rigging.
The Zoom Finesse Worm 4.25" is a compact, slim-profile soft plastic worm purpose-built for finesse presentations in clear water, post-frontal conditions, and high-pressure situations where subtle action is the key to getting bites. The straight-tail profile produces a gentle, natural quiver with the slightest movement β on a shaky head, drop shot, or wacky rig, the tail quivers and shimmies with minimal rod input, presenting a realistic worm profile that finicky bass canβt resist. Made from Zoomβs soft, salty plastic that bass hold on to longer. 20 per pack in 7 colors.
Key Features
- Compact 4.25" Finesse Profile β The 4.25" length is sized for finesse applications where a smaller worm profile is needed to match the hatch or trigger strikes from bass that are ignoring larger presentations; compact enough for light wire finesse hooks, small shaky head jig heads, and drop shot rigs without sacrificing the natural worm action that makes finesse presentations effective.
- Straight-Tail β Subtle Quivering Action β The straight tail produces a gentle, natural quiver with the slightest rod movement or current; the action is most pronounced on a shaky head (where the tail quivers on the shake), drop shot (where the tail shimmies on the fall and at rest), and wacky rig (where both ends flutter on the fall); the subtle action is most effective in clear water and post-frontal conditions when bass are inspecting baits closely and rejecting anything with unnatural movement.
- Salty Zoom Plastic β Natural Feel, Longer Hold β Made from Zoomβs soft, salt-impregnated plastic; the salt taste triggers a natural hold response that keeps bass on the bait longer, giving you more time to detect the subtle bites that finesse presentations produce; the soft plastic also compresses naturally on the hookset for better hook penetration on light wire finesse hooks.
- Versatile Finesse Rig Compatibility β Effective on shaky heads, drop shots, wacky rigs, finesse Texas rigs, and light Carolina rigs; the slim profile threads easily onto light wire hooks and small jig heads used in finesse applications.
- 20 Per Pack β 7 Colors β Twenty worms per pack across 7 colors.

Best For
- Shaky Head β Primary Finesse Application β Thread on a 1/8β3/16 oz shaky head jig head and work slowly along the bottom with subtle shakes; the tail quivers on each shake and the buoyancy causes the tail to float up off the bottom in a natural, upright position; most effective in clear water on rocky points, ledges, and hard bottom areas where bass are holding tight.
- Drop Shot β Nose-hook or wacky-hook the Finesse Worm on a drop shot rig and suspend it above the bottom in the strike zone; the tail shimmies naturally on the fall and at rest with minimal rod input; most effective for suspended bass and bass holding tight to vertical structure (dock pilings, bridge columns, steep bluffs).
- Wacky Rig β Hook through the middle on a wacky rig hook for a slow, fluttering fall; both ends quiver and flutter on the descent, triggering strikes from bass at all depths; most effective on a slow drop from the surface to the bottom in clear water around docks and shallow cover.
- Clear Water & Post-Frontal Conditions β The Finesse Wormβs subtle action is most effective when bass are finicky β in clear water where they can inspect the bait closely, and in post-frontal conditions when aggressive action turns fish off; downsize to the Finesse Worm when the Trick Worm or larger presentations are getting follows but no bites.
Β
The Zoom Trick Worm is one of the most versatile soft plastics ever made β a straight-tail worm with a slightly buoyant design that floats just enough to stay in the strike zone longer and produce a natural, quivering action with the slightest line movement. The buoyancy is the key: on a weightless rig, the Trick Worm sinks slowly and horizontally, hovering in the strike zone with a subtle quiver that triggers bites from bass that wonβt commit to a faster-falling bait. Made from Zoomβs soft, salty plastic that bass hold on to longer. 20 per pack in 11 colors.
Key Features
- Buoyant Design β Slow Horizontal Fall & Strike Zone Hover β The Trick Wormβs slightly buoyant plastic causes it to sink slowly and horizontally on a weightless rig, hovering in the strike zone far longer than a standard sinking worm; the horizontal fall and subtle quiver on the descent trigger bites from bass that are following the bait down and committing on the pause; the buoyancy also causes the tail to float up on a wacky rig, producing the characteristic up-and-down flutter that makes wacky-rigged worms so effective.
- Straight-Tail Profile β Subtle Quivering Action β The straight tail produces a natural, subtle quivering action with the slightest line movement or current; the action is most pronounced on a weightless rig, wacky rig, and shaky head where the tail is free to move independently; the subtle action is most effective in clear water, post-frontal conditions, and when bass are pressured and wonβt commit to baits with more aggressive action.
- Salty Zoom Plastic β Natural Feel, Longer Hold β Made from Zoomβs soft, salt-impregnated plastic; the salt taste triggers a natural hold response that keeps bass on the bait longer, giving you more time to detect the subtle bites that finesse presentations produce.
- Versatile Rig Compatibility β Effective weightless (Texas-rigged with no weight), wacky-rigged, on a shaky head, and on a light Texas rig; the 6.5" length is ideal for skipping under docks and overhanging cover on a weightless rig.
- 20 Per Pack β 11 Colors β Twenty worms per pack across 11 colors.

Best For
- Weightless Rig β Skipping Docks & Shallow Cover β The primary application; rig weightless on a 3/0β4/0 wide gap hook and skip under docks, overhanging trees, and shallow cover; the buoyant design produces a slow, horizontal fall that triggers strikes from bass holding tight under cover; retrieve with subtle twitches and pauses to maximize the quivering action.
- Wacky Rig β Hook through the middle of the worm on a wacky rig hook; the buoyancy causes both ends to flutter up and down on the fall, producing the characteristic wacky worm action that triggers strikes from bass at all depths; most effective on a drop from the surface to the bottom in clear water.
- Shaky Head β Thread on a shaky head jig head for a bottom-contact finesse presentation; the straight tail quivers on the shake and the buoyancy causes the tail to float up off the bottom, presenting the worm in a natural, upright position that triggers strikes from pressured bass.
- Clear Water & Post-Frontal Conditions β The Trick Wormβs subtle action is most effective when bass are finicky β in clear water where they can inspect the bait closely, and in post-frontal conditions when aggressive action turns fish off; the slow fall and subtle quiver trigger bites when more aggressive presentations fail.
