The second generation PENN Fathom II Star Drag Reel is built with a rigid metal frame and sideplates, now with added features to make it more angler friendly than ever. Featuring our fast gear access sideplate, any angler can service their gears and HT-100 drag system quickly and efficiently. The PENN live spindle design offers long, effortless casts, while the power gear ratios (select models only) give ultimate torque for winching up deep fish. The Avet MXJ G2 Lever Drag Fishing Reels are a powerhouse of reels, especially for their size.  It boasts 20lbs of drag at full which is enough for at least a 50lb tuna with micro braided line.  For a fishing reel this small, that is very impressive.  With 400 yards of 50 pound regular 4 carrier braid, you have the capacity and torque of a much larger reel.  

The solid aluminum frame won't flex under a load and the superior carbon fiber drag washers will stand up to a long fight.  We like this reel for the light weight, extreme durability, nice line capacity, and nice free-spool.  As with any of the Avet reels, you get bang for your buck and a reel that will last you for many years to come.

The Valiant Slow Pitch Jigging reel was designed with the SPJ enthusiast in mind. We took our popular Valiant 300 and 500n models and removed the clicker added an optimized arm length and our popular SPJ knob for added comfort while jigging. The curved design of the frame and sideplate allowed us to design a reel that is incredibly light, but extremely strong. The Valiant SPJ reels have so much versatility, for some to use for rockfish, and many that are targeting the biggest homeguard yellowtail there are, and even the capability of catching 100 plus pound tuna fish! The Shimano Ocea Jigger Star Drag Reel is a flagship-level star drag jigging reel that uses Shimano's Infinity Drive technology to reduce friction between the pinion gear and spool shaft for paramount cranking power. It uses MicroModule Gearing for an unmatched gear feeling. The Ocea Jigger is available in 1500, 2000, and 4000 sizes. The 1500 size is recommended for fishing 50–80m, while the 2000 size is recommended for fishing 100m.
