Owner Gorilla Light Hooks are the perfect life bait hooks.  A lighter version of our Owner Gorilla hooks for a more natural presentation. Use for rigging smaller live baits like anchovies, or natural baits for snappers and sheephead. Ideal when nose-hooking bait fish for king mackerel rigs.

The Owner Centering Pin Spring CPS is one of the most useful things in your tackle box.  There are so many ways to use it and it really changes the game when fishing soft plastics.  

We like to use at the eye of the hook as it was intended, but we also use it to add bling to our worms.  Simply add a swivel and you can bring worms and plastics to life with blades, skirts, and tandem rigs.  Join worms together and use the CPS as a joint by adding it to both worms and connecting them together.

The Owner Cultiva Twistlock finesse hook is a fine wire hook for delicate presentations without a bulky hook.  This fine wire hook has the right bend to allow for the Twistlock to enter the plastic at the correct angle so the hook can be positioned perfectly for a solid hook set and weedless capabilities.  We like the hook because it's sharp, has Twistlock, is thin wire for better penetration on lighter line, and it has a wide enough gap for good hooks sets.  It comes in a black chrome finish and 4 hooks per pack.

Owner Super Mutu Circle Hooks are made using a super strong, thick shank for catching jumbo fish and using jumbo bait. The Owner Super Mutu Hook is a circle hook designed for very large bait applications when targeting the largest fish the sea has to offer.

Big Tuna fishermen in southern California and Baja turn to this hook almost exclusively. Most commonly used for saltwater live bait fishing, the Mutu circle hook is designed to allow natural, free swimming action by the attached live bait.

Super Mutu Hook Uses

As stated above the Super Mutu hook is a very strong shank hook designed for the biggest game fish in the sea. Some practical techniques that use this hook are:

• 4/0 - 6/0: Live bait such as sardine and mackeral for Yellowfin and Bluefin.
• 6/0 - 11/0: Live Caballito and google eyes in saltwater for Tuna. Also a great Sturgeon hook when using prepared bait.
• 12/0 - 16/0: Live Skipjack and Yellowfin Tuna when targeting the elusive Giant Blue and Black Marlin. Anglers targeting these fish almost unanimously regard the Owner Super Mutu to be the best hook option.
