The Owner ST-36 Red Treble Hooks are great for changing out hooks on your favorite lures for bass, walleye, stripers, and many other smaller game fish. These hooks are 1X strong meaning that they are regular strength hooks. When a hook is 2X, it's twice as strong as the 1X and so on. Owner makes 2X, 3X, and 4X strong in different models like the ST-41, ST-58, and ST-66.

These hooks are red in color but Owner makes them in other colors like Black Chrome and Tin. Tin hooks are good for freshwater and saltwater but shine in saltwater because the tin finish is more corrosion resistant.

Bullet Weight Finesse Drop Shot Weights

Bullet Weights Worm Weights are great for fishing a Texas rig or Carolina rig for largemouth bass.   The powder coat paint will hold up against the gnarliest cover and the smooth inside won't cause damage to your fishing line.  Lead weights with powder coated finish.

Team Davies Tear Shot Tungsten Worm Weights are 99% tungsten and do not have a sleeve inside.  There is a lot of talk about what is better, sleeve or no sleeve.  We prefer no sleeve because the sleeve can cause abrasion on the ends but can also fall out.  When it falls out, it's rougher in the inside than it would have been had it no sleeve at all.  When it starts out with no sleeve, the inside is smooth and usually has a powder paint coating to deter any nicks or damage to your line.  We've had more problems with sleeved weights than non sleeve and Team Davies agrees.  We have never had a complaint for over 4 years and we think these are a great value for a great product.

Some anglers like the sleeve, others prefer it without.  We haven't noticed any difference between the two but maybe on light line it would cause chaffing on the line.

The Storm Suspend Sticky Weight comes in strips and dots.  If you need to change the buoyancy of a bait to negative, these strips will do the trick.  You can simply add them to the belly of the bait where you need them.  

If you want more weight in one spot, you can stack them on top of each other.  They are flexible and really sticky so they will last for many casts.  If you want less weight, you can simply cut them with scissors or even tear them with your hands.  We like to use them on hard Swimbaits and crank baits to change them to a heavier sink.

Berkley Powerbait Atomic Teasers are ideal for trout, panfish or crappie. Cut tentacles and trout worm provide subtle fish attracting action. Pre-rigged and ready to fish. These mini jigs catch anything including trout, crappie, bluegill, shell crackers, sunfish, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, and stripers.  

It mimics a baitfish or larva and appears to be an easy meal for most fish.  The small worm like tail ads more attractant but you can pull it off if you'd like.  The consistent colors and interesting patterns will entice most fish to strike aggressively.  The hooks small diameter and sharp point make hooking up consistent.

The way we fish them is either on a bobber with a 2-3' leader or tie it directly to the line.  2-4lb line is key and we like to use fluorocarbon like Seaguar Invisx or Berkley Vanish.  Simply cast it out, let it sink for a few seconds, and retrieve it very very slowly.
