The Jackall Riser Bait 007 is an innovative topwater bait, uniquely designed with an upward facing lip which causes an erratic skipping motion upon retrieval. This action replicates the behavior of a frightened baitfish, triggering explosive strikes. It is the ideal topwater bait for any angler.  

This lure was intended to be fished on the surface, but many customers let it sink out and retrieve it under the water.  The action attracts fish as well as it does fished on the surface.  Give it a try next time you're out, but be careful not to bend the bill.  Attract more fish with the unique action and realistic sound of the Jackall Riser Bait 007. On the rear of the bait there is a pivoting propeller that slides back and forth creating a deep gurgling sound and leaving a tantalizing trail of bubbles. This, combined with the metal wings and the bulky body of the bait means that this lure displaces A LOT of water and will call fish up from even the deepest depths.
