I do best with Green Pumpkin shades and Watermelon shades, White and Black. Great topwater action. Stick/insert type weights work well in heavy cover and deeper fishing. You can drag these bad boys through just about anything. and rattles make them especially tempting.
#4 or #5 wide gap hooks work best giving a nearly automatic hook set. Hold on tight, fish whack it hard."
