The Accu-Cull E-Con Culling Tag Kit and Metal Clip Tag Kits are leaders in the industry.  The E-Con culling tags are clipped onto the fish so they are not damaged in any way.  The clips are made of a high strength polymer that won't break under normal conditions.  If you run it over with your truck, you'll have million little pieces of plastic, under normal conditions it is no problem.  

The metal clips are good under any condition, it may even hold up to your truck running it over if you're lucky.  The metal tags are the industry standard and are attached to the fish with ease.  Both come with a handy hanging strap that attaches anywhere with a screw or velcro to keep you organized.

Power Pro Spectra Braided Line is a standard on the West Coast of California for both salt and freshwater.  This braid is strong!!  It's also a round braid so it won't cut into itself as easily as some of the competitors.  This ultra thin and limited stretch makes it perfect for solid hook sets and is the ultimate in sensitivity.  

We recommend that you put tape on the spool to make sure it won't slip.  Braided spectra type lines will spin on the spool if no tape is affixed to the spool.  We use Flexx-Rap tape but double sided tape or other sticky tapes will also work. Make sure you wrap the line 2-3 times around the spool first and then tie a uni knot or San Diego Knot.  Push the knot with your fingers as you tighten so the knot is tight to the spool.

Sea Striker Fast Snaps are crazy strong because they have very heavy wire and the way they are designed makes them stay strong.  Most snaps and split rings have to be opened and closed to get it on the lure or bait, but Sea Striker Snaps don't have to be opened in the same way.  Simply slide the lure onto the out-turned end of the wire and follow it around till it is attached.  Your knot won't end up on anything sharp like a split ring would.  We find this is a far better option than a split ring for larger fish.  We only wish they made it in a small size.
