It is also available in a range of highly realistic colors that will fool even the most seasoned bass. Offering anglers a multipurpose lure that’s part lipless crankbait and part jerkbait, the Ima Suspending Vibration is in a league of its own and different from any other lipless crankbait on the market.

SPRO Prime Snap Mini gives you a quick, secure lure connection without tying a new knot every time you change baits. Its compact stainless-steel design helps keep the connection tidy, while the 90-degree wire ends create a sleek profile. Swap lures faster and spend more time fishing.
Change Lures Without Rebuilding Your Rig
Choose the Mini when you want a small snap for changing lures while retaining their movement. It is a practical alternative to repeatedly cutting and retying your leader. If you need a higher-strength snap for larger presentations, compare the SPRO Prime Snap instead.
Best For
- Quick lure changes during freshwater fishing.
- Presentations where a compact connection and lure movement matter.
- Matching a snap to the strength of your setup, from the listed 10 lb through 30 lb sizes.
Key Features
- Stainless-steel construction.
- Wire ends bent at 90 degrees for a sleek connection.
- Six snaps per pack.
- Four listed size and strength options.

The Right Pick If...
You change lures often and want a compact snap instead of retying for each switch. Select a size appropriate for your line, leader and fishing conditions. A snap does not replace a swivel when line twist is the issue; consider a SPRO Power Swivel Standard for that job.
Tackle Express Tips
- Check that the snap is fully closed after each lure change.
- Inspect the wire for damage or distortion before your next cast.
- Use the smallest listed size that still suits the strength demands of your setup.
FAQ
How many snaps come in a pack? Six.
Which sizes are offered? The listed options are size 0 (10 lb), size 1 (15 lb), size 2 (20 lb), and size 4 (30 lb).
Is this a snap swivel? This listing is for a snap, not a swivel. If your rig needs line-twist control, add an appropriate swivel separately.
Pick the size that fits your rig and keep a pack handy for your next lure change.

The Deps Buzzjet Wakebait is one of the most versatile and effective lures on the market today! The Deps Buzzjet can do it all. Walk it, rip it, crank it or wake it, the fish don't care cause all they want to do is SMASH IT! The unique lip design enables this bait to push copious amounts of water, giving the Buzzjet a one of a kind wake. The prop leaves a tantalizing trail of bubbles which, when combined with the Deps Buzzjet's unique lip, will call fish up from serious distances!
The Deps Buzzjet has an angry action that calls fish. The topwater bait has been revolutionized with the design of the Buzzjet. The erratic action and sound can attract fish from deeper depths and it can still be fished effectively in rough water thanks to the huge drawing power of the bait. This is not just a noisy lure, it was designed for those who want to catch a giant bass on topwater.
Here at Tackle Express, we have caught hundreds of bass over the years on this bait. From small ponds to larger bodies of water, it just works. It's one of those lures that has a certain something about it that causes fish to strike. For another great bait, see the Deps Spiral Minnow, it's equally as good but has a different action. Sometimes one works better than the other so our suggestion is to get one of each.

High Temperature Caution
Take caution to where you store your baits as they can become deformed or cracked due to the expansion of the air during high temperatures. Keep them out of direct sunlight and in hot places like the inside of vehicles or tackle boxes stored during the warmer months as we are not responsible for damages caused due to storing lures in high temperatures.

Lucky Craft Pointer 100 SP Jerkbait
When bass are holding deep in the water column and refusing to come up, the Lucky Craft Pointer 100 SP gets down to their level and stays there. The largest of the core Pointer SP lineup, the Pointer 100 brings the same legendary brass weight system and bass-calling action to a bigger profile — perfect for matching larger baitfish or pulling fish up from deeper structure.
Engineered with a specially designed brass weight system that creates an ultra-low center of gravity, the Pointer 100 wobbles and vibrates in place the moment you stop the retrieve — emitting a subtle, irresistible vibration that triggers strikes from even the most reluctant bass. A short twitch of the rod tip sends it darting side to side in a fluid underwater walk-the-dog action that mimics a fleeing baitfish with uncanny realism. Suspend it at 4–5 feet and let the bass come to you.
Features
- Brass weight system creates ultra-low center of gravity for wobble-and-vibrate on pause
- Suspending design locks the bait in the strike zone at 4–5 feet
- Short rod twitch generates underwater walk-the-dog action
- Larger profile than the Pointer 78 — ideal for matching bigger baitfish
- Bass-calling vibration on pause draws strikes from pressured and finicky fish

SEAGUAR ABRAZX
Seaguar Abrazx Fluorocarbon Fishing Line has unparalleled abrasion resistance and amazing knot strength. We love it when fishing around cover that is sharp and can cause abrasion to your line. Increased exposure to abrasion will cause your line to break under its original line strength. We find it great for jigs, flipping, bottom fishing, and many other conditions.
Rocks, weeds, docks. Hit the heavy cover with confidence. Now your whole spool can handle the toughest conditions with a main line fluorocarbon designed with unparalleled abrasion resistance.
Seaguar Abrazx can be used in both spinning reels and bait casting reels but we find it better on casting reels. The line has exceptional knot and impact strength and is extremely soft and sensitive for better feel and smoother casting. As with all 100% Fluorocarbon products, Abrazx is much less visible underwater than monofilament line and virtually invisible to fish. The line is also UV resistant, chemical resistant, non-absorbant, high-density and impervious to cold conditions.
• 100% Fluorocarbon• LB. Test: 4 LB. - 25 LB.

The Owner Cultiva Mira Shad is a 2" forage-size suspending crankbait that consistently outfishes larger presentations when fish are locked on small baitfish. With Cultiva's exclusive Living Eyes, chattering rattles, and a transparent holographic finish that throws flash from every angle, it looks alive in the water — and it fishes just as lively. Deadly on trout, bass, and walleye from the moment you tie it on.
Two Inches of Trouble
Don't let the size fool you. At 1/7 oz and 2", the Mira Shad matches the fry and small shad profile that trout and pressured bass key on when nothing else is working. It suspends neutrally at 4–5 ft on the pause, which means it sits right in the feeding lane and won't move until you tell it to. Two #10 Owner Stinger-36 Super Needle Point trebles are factory-rigged and sharp enough to stick on the lightest touch.
When Big Baits Get Ignored
On heavily pressured water — stocked trout lakes, clear reservoirs, tournament-fished bass fisheries — fish get educated fast. They've seen 3" and 4" jerkbaits all season. The Mira Shad's forage-sized profile slips under their guard. Combined with the chattering rattle and holographic flash, it triggers reaction strikes even from fish that have shut down on standard presentations.
What Sets It Apart
- Cultiva Living Eyes — High-contrast, realistic eyes add a focal point that draws strikes from reactive fish
- Transparent Holographic Finish — Reflects light from multiple angles; mimics the iridescent flank of a small shad or fry
- Chattering Rattles — Internal sound chamber calls fish in from distance, especially effective in stained water
- Neutral Suspension — Holds at 4–5 ft on the pause; doesn't rise or sink out of the strike zone
- Owner Stinger-36 Trebles — Two #10 Super Needle Point hooks; razor-sharp right out of the package
- Forage-Size Profile — 2" matches fry, small shad, and juvenile baitfish that pressured fish prefer
The Right Pick If…
- Fish are ignoring larger jerkbaits or crankbaits
- You're fishing stocked trout lakes or clear reservoirs with heavy pressure
- You need to match a small shad, fry, or juvenile baitfish hatch
- You want one bait that works both on a cast-and-retrieve and behind a slow troll
- Walleye or bass are suspending at 4–5 ft and need a finesse presentation
Best Fishing Techniques
- Jerk-pause — Two quick twitches, pause 3–5 seconds; the suspend does the work on neutral fish
- Slow troll — 1–2 mph behind a kayak or electric motor; dives to 4–5 ft and tracks true
- Cast and steady retrieve — Works as a shallow crankbait when fish are actively feeding
- Deadstick pause — In cold water, extend the pause to 10+ seconds; motionless suspension triggers lockjaw trout and bass
Best Conditions
- Clear water where flash and detail trigger strikes at range
- Cold water (fall through spring) when fish need a smaller, slower target
- Stocked trout fisheries where fish are conditioned to small forage
- Early morning and evening when fish move shallow to the 4–5 ft range
Best For
- Rainbow & Brown Trout (lakes, reservoirs, tailwaters)
- Largemouth & Smallmouth Bass (finesse presentations)
- Walleye (slow troll and jerk-pause)
- Crappie and Panfish (finesse jigging retrieve)
- Any situation requiring a forage-size suspending presentation
Models & Specs
Specs are loaded dynamically from product metafields. Mira Shad: 2" length, 1/7 oz, suspending, dives 4–5 ft, two #10 Stinger-36 trebles. Available colors: Flame, Pink Passion, Shiner, Baby Bass, Gold Shiner, Brown Trout, Black Pearl.
Tackle Express Tips
- Use light line. 4–6 lb fluorocarbon is the sweet spot — it lets the bait suspend true, dive to full depth, and stays nearly invisible. Heavy line kills the action and floats the bait out of the zone.
- Try it for trout behind a kayak. A slow 1–1.5 mph troll with the Mira Shad in Brown Trout or Shiner colors over weed edges is devastatingly effective on planted trout in clear lakes.
- Slow the pause down when it's cold. Below 50°F, count to 10 after each twitch. Trout and bass in cold water need the bait to sit still longer before they commit — most anglers don't wait long enough.
FAQ
Q: Is this the same as the Rip'n Minnow 65?
A: No — the Mira Shad is smaller (2" vs. 2.5") and lighter (1/7 oz vs. 1/4 oz), and it's a more finesse-oriented profile. Both suspend, but the Mira Shad is built specifically to match fry and small shad, making it a better choice when fish are keyed on very small forage.
Q: Can I use this for walleye?
A: Absolutely. The Mira Shad is an excellent slow-troll walleye lure. Run it at 1–2 mph behind a slow-rolling boat or kayak at 4–5 ft over weed flats and sand transitions. Brown Trout and Gold Shiner colors work particularly well.
Q: What line should I use?
A: 4–6 lb fluorocarbon. It lets the bait reach its full depth rating, maintains neutral suspension, and is practically invisible in the clear water where this bait performs best. Avoid heavy mono — it floats the nose up and kills the suspending action.
A clip turns every lure change into ten seconds instead of two minutes. No retying, no burning three inches of leader every time you want to try something different, no fumbling a knot in the dark with cold hands while the bite happens without you.
Short version: single-strand black steel lure clips, 12 per pack, in four test ratings from 25 lb to 125 lb. Same price at every size.
Which Test Rating
The rule is simple: the clip should be rated above your leader, not equal to it. Terminal hardware should never be the weakest link in the system — when something gives, you want it to be the line, not the connection, so you lose a lure instead of a lure and a fish.
| Rating | Where it fits |
|---|---|
| 25 lb | Light freshwater, small swimbaits and hard baits, light surf setups. Smallest profile in the lineup. |
| 50 lb | Harbor and bay work, spotted bay bass, general surf fishing. |
| 75 lb | Calico bass around structure and kelp. The general-purpose saltwater size and a solid umbrella rig clip. |
| 125 lb | Yellowtail, heavy structure, big baits, and umbrella rigs carrying five weighted swimbaits. |
All four are the same price, so there's no reason to under-buy. If you're between two, take the heavier one — the size difference is small and the failure consequence isn't.
On an Umbrella Rig
The Kicker PK-Rig ships with clips already on the arms. These are your replacements — and on a rig you're going to fish for a season, you want spares in the box before you need them.
Go 75 or 125 lb for rig work. A five-arm rig carries five weighted baits through structure, and each clip is holding a bait against the load of the whole retrieve. This is the one application where the heaviest clip is the obvious choice.
The clips are also the reason an umbrella rig lasts more than one season. Every time you re-thread or re-tie an arm you work the wire, and worked wire fails. Clips mean you set the arms once and change baits without ever touching them.
Our crew wrote a photo-by-photo guide covering the arm bend, keel weighting, bait sizing by location, and how to keep five arms of hooks out of every other rod in the rack.
Read the full umbrella rig setup guide →Where Else They Earn Their Keep
- Surf fishing — changing between hard baits, spoons, and swimbaits as conditions shift, without retying in wet sand and wind.
- Working a spot — cycling through three or four presentations to find what they want, then staying on it.
- Iron — swapping surface and yo-yo jigs when the school moves up or down.
- Anywhere you're burning leader. Twenty lure changes on fluorocarbon costs you real money in line. Clips pay for themselves in a season.
Honest Trade-offs
A clip is one more connection between you and the fish, and there are days it isn't the right call:
- Clear water, wary fish. Black steel is low-visibility, but a direct knot is still less hardware in the strike zone.
- Baits with delicate action. Some small hard baits swim differently on a clip than on a loop knot. Worth testing before you commit a trip to it.
- Anything you'll fish all day without changing. If the lure isn't coming off, the clip isn't buying you anything.
Pro Tips from the Tackle Express Crew
- Check that the clip is fully closed before every cast. A clip that looks shut and isn't will hand your lure to the ocean on the hookset.
- Retire a clip that's been opened and closed a lot. Wire fatigues. At fifty cents each there's no reason to fish a tired one.
- Keep two ratings in the box. A 50 and a 125 covers almost everything most SoCal anglers fish in a season.
- Rinse them with the rest of your terminal. Electroplated black steel handles salt well, but nothing survives being left wet in a closed box.
Common Mistakes
- Matching the clip rating to the leader instead of exceeding it. The clip should be the strong part of the system.
- Using a light clip on an umbrella rig. Five weighted baits is a load no 25 lb clip should be holding.
- Assuming it's closed. The single most common way anglers lose a lure on a clip.
- Leaving a bent or sprung clip in rotation. Once it doesn't seat cleanly, it's done.

Frequently Asked Questions
How many clips are in a pack?
Twelve.
What test rating should I buy?
Pick one rated above your leader so the clip isn't the weak link. 50 lb for harbor and bay, 75 lb for calico and general saltwater, 125 lb for yellowtail and umbrella rigs, 25 lb for light freshwater and small baits.
Which size for an umbrella rig?
75 or 125 lb. A five-arm rig carries five weighted baits and each clip holds one against the load of the whole retrieve.
Do the different ratings cost different amounts?
No. All four are the same price, so buy the rating you need rather than the one you think is cheaper.
Does the PK-Rig already come with clips?
Yes — the rig ships with a clip on each arm. These are replacements and spares.
Will a clip change how my lure swims?
On most swimbaits and jigs, no. On some small hard baits with delicate action, a clip swims differently than a loop knot — worth testing before you rely on it.
Are they visible to fish?
Black steel is about as low-visibility as terminal hardware gets. In very clear water with wary fish, a direct knot is still less hardware in the strike zone.
How long does a clip last?
Until it stops seating cleanly. Wire fatigues with repeated opening and closing — at fifty cents each, retire them early.
Gear That Goes With It

- Warbaits Neck Breaker Swing Head — the standard head for rig arms.

The Core Tackle Tush is a fundamentally different approach to swimbait rigging. Unlike traditional swimbait jig heads that place all the weight at the front of the bait, Tush centers the weight inside the swimbait body — which changes everything about how the bait performs.
The result is more side-to-side belly roll on the retrieve, a more natural appearance in the water, and a compact profile that skips easily into tight cover. The internal weight system also locks the swimbait in place, prolonging bait life and saving you money over time. A Tackle Warehouse Best Seller and made in the USA.
Key Features
- Internal weight system — all lead hidden inside the bait for a natural profile
- Enhanced body roll — weight redistribution produces more side-to-side belly roll on the retrieve
- Higher hookup ratio — removing lead from the head improves hook penetration and conversion
- Compact design — skips easily into tight cover; more compact than traditional swimbait jig heads
- Swimbait lock — internal weight locks bait in place, extending bait life

The C3 Baits Jobu 4" is a precision-crafted finesse worm born from decades of experience on Southern California's most pressured bass fisheries. Created by John Petroski — a.k.a. Captain Castaic — the Jobu was designed specifically for the clear, heavily fished waters of Castaic Lake and the Clearwater reservoirs, where finesse presentation is the difference between a limit and a skunk. Whether you're fishing a dropshot on a deep main lake point, dragging a Carolina rig along a rocky flat, or shaking a shaky head in the shallows, the Jobu delivers the subtle, lifelike action that triggers strikes from finicky bass. Its slender profile and soft, responsive material create a natural quiver on the fall and a seductive wiggle on the retrieve that pressured fish simply can't ignore.
