Is Izorline XXX a monofilament or fluorocarbon?
It's a super copolymer — a step above standard monofilament in strength and limpness, but not fluorocarbon. Many anglers use it as their main line with a fluorocarbon leader for the best of both worlds.

What reel sizes does the 1lb spool fill?
Capacity varies by test strength. The 20lb/2,670yd spool will fill most mid-size conventional reels. Refer to your reel's line capacity specs and the yardage table above to match the right test to your setup.

Can I use this line for freshwater fishing?

DaHo Hollow Threading Needles are precision-made stainless steel hypodermic tube needles designed for threading mono and fluorocarbon leader through hollow braided line. Each needle is sized by its length for easy identification — stand them on their open end and find the right size at a glance. The smallest (10–20# size) measures 5.3" and each larger needle is 0.1" longer than the last, up to 6.4" for the 300–400# size.

The DaHo Reverse Latch Threading Needle was developed in collaboration with Jerry Brown, a pioneer in hollow spectra fishing line technology. Unlike traditional latch needles adapted from fabric knitting machines — which must be pushed into hollow spectra and often damage the line's fibers when the latch opens — the DaHo Reverse Latch Needle is designed to be pulled through the line, keeping the latch closed by the line's internal pressure.
