Fishing Crimpers

The Izorline Crimping Kit comes equipped with everything you need from fishing long range, heavy tuna fishing and even kite fishing. Comes with crimps as light as 80lb and as heavy as 400lb, and with all the corresponding braid tube chafe guards.

The sleeves in this kit are aluminum and will only work with monofilament or fluorocarbon line.  You don't have to squeeze it too hard, just a firm handshake is all it takes.  We also recommend not crimping all the way to the edge of the crimp.  Leave about a 1/16th of an inch to and 1/8th of an inch from both edges.  

The Izorline Crimp Kit also comes with an Izorline crimper for everything that comes in this heavily stocked crimp kit. Laboratory tests conclude that our anti-chafing springs increase monofilament break strength by up to 12%.

Torque rotational force represents the capability of force to affect something in a rotational motion. Compressive strength is basically the amount of load a specific area of a material can bear.

These 2 areas were the most essential problems to solve with the design strategy of our crimping pliers. The reduced surface area at the business end, in conjunction with the short distance to the pliers fulcrum (pivot point where pliers rotate), has allowed us to maximize torque and deform crimps. This easily allows us to crimp 400lb Multi-strand Stainless Cable and 400lb Mono or Fluoro leader material using either aluminum, copper or brass crimps. And it fits in your pocket!

The Izorline Heavy Duty Crimper is ideal for crimping Aluminum mono crimps. It also features a side-cutter for cutting mono and wire. There are 4 positions for all of your crimping needs.  We like this crimper because it's well made and has the necessary slots for most crimps up 400lb line.

Slot 1 = .1mm to .5mm (10-25lb mono or fluorocarbon)

Slot 2 = .5mm to 1.0mm (30-80lb mono or fluorocarbon)

Slot 3 = 1.0mm to 2.0mm (100-300lb mono or fluorocarbon)

Slot 4 = 2.2 mm (400lb mono or fluorocarbon)
