Mustad's Rip Roller Slow Fall Jig has a slim, streamlined profile for quick descent on a tight line. Its centered weight gives it a stable but rolling motion on a slack line.

Its two contrasting colors on each side create a blinking flash that attracts attention and triggers strikes. Perfect for deep fish or heavy current.  In SoCal, these have been a staple on both day trips and long range trips for big bluefin tuna.  Rig them on a 4' leader of 200 pound or 300 pound fluorocarbon leader or just get the Tackle Express exclusive J-arry Rig.

Each lure features a 2X single assist hook 10816NP-DT.

It works!

I've purchased a bunch of Rip Roller jigs in various colors and weights (300, 400, and 500 grams). These were among the most popular jigs on Shogun with a number of people landing 100 plus lbs BFT. I had my personal best at 137 lbs. The jig I used to hook and land this monster tuna was not one of Rip Rollers I purchased, but another brand which became my lucky jig. Nonetheless, Rip Rollers work well as I observed on Shogun. That was comforting to know since I purchased more than 10 of them in recent months!

You happened to have the exact color and size that I needed. I lost it early on in May and was the one that I cut my blue fan on last November
